What a killer weekend! It was so good that I'm still coming down from it!

Lemme give you the Reader's Digest version:

Thurs: Went to Olive Garden for dinner then to the movies and saw "Mean Girls".

Fri: Got up early, power walked with Ben at The Summit, ate bagels at Panera Bread, bought a new outfit at Old Navy which consisted of a cute top & SHORTS!!!, grocery shopped then came home and made homemade pizza for dinner.

Sat: First thing in the morning hit the outlet mall near the campground (Ben got 2 new pairs of Skechers), found this kick-ass salon and booked an appointment for this Friday (details at the end of the week), met up with Ben's friend, Chad and his friend, Eric at the Crawfish Boil in the Railroad District, people watched for 3.5hrs, ate dinner (all 4 of us) at a crappy LoneStar, came home and collapsed into bed.

Sun: Ate lunch at Firehouse Subs, Went to see "Laws Of Attraction", shopped at another Publix location, and.... we got new BIKES!!!

Ben has wanted to buy a bike for the last 8 months. He's been saving money in a change jar. Initially, I wasn't going to get one but he talked me into it. He said that we could spend the summmer going on bike trails together as a way to not only spend time with each other, but also to get some extra exercise. Both of those points had me sold!

I am really excited to take my new bike for a spin! Ben and I are so geeky that we even got matching helmets. :-)

It was such a FUN, FANTASTIC and FABULOUS weekend that next weekend has a lot to live up to!!!
