Another card reader and $58+ down.....

The new card reader did not work. So now I am impatiently waiting to hear from Novatel Wireless. They are the company who makes my Sprint PCS Connection Card! I left not one, but 2 voice messages to no avail.

I am hoping that I can find a solution to this problem. It's so frustrating to have the new computer sitting on the desk almost mocking me because I cannot utilize it in the manner in which it was intended.
