What to write?

Hmm.... well, I can tell you that I'm hungry. Bet you wanted to know that tidbit of information. I usually eat breakfast between 8:15 and 8:30 am on the mornings that I don't go to the gym for Tae-bo. So, my tummy is right on time.

Oh, look! There, across the room on the shelf is a banana with my name on it! WOO-HOO! Ahhhh...delicious. I love it when bananas are that that perfect stage of ripe. When they are still "crisp" but not green. I like them when they are cool, but not refridgerated. They taste sweet and the texture is smooth and soft.

Bananas are God's perfect food. I say that because they have their own packaging and you don't have to wash them prior to consuming. They provide your body with energy, potassium and they're just sweet enough to take "the edge off".

And you can do so many things with bananas to make them even better than they already are. You can put them in pancakes,on top of cereal, make muffins or bread out of them, you can even saute them in a pan with some butter and brown sugar for dessert.

I just love bananas. I always have.
