We are leaving in the morning to start our journey to Jacksonville, Florida. I'm actually looking forward to the trip. Ben and I are great travel companions, though when we move the RV, he's driving our F-350 Dually and I'm following in our Saturn. We communicate via CBs.

CBs are relic communication devices, but I have to admit that I much prefer them. Sometimes when we're stuck in traffic, it's comical to listen to the truckers bull-hish and complain about the hold-up. Pretty nifty.

Ben and I have some of our most amazing conversations on the CBs. Some are amusing and others are deep & thought provoking. It has become a great time for us to bond. I rather look forward to our trips on the road between cities.

I'm glad to be leaving Frankfort; there isn't really anything interesting here, but I can tell you that I will miss the beauty of this particular campground. Lush & green and full of trees; an arborist's dream come true.

I will surely miss the view from the back of my RV. My kitchen is in the rear and I have a window above my sink. When I look out first thing in the morning, usually the field is blanketed in a silvery mist. Quite breathtaking and at the same time, serene.

A beautiful tapestry that Mother Nature has painted for my sleep encrusted eyes.
